Beyond FAREWELL: Never Forget

#1 daughter is a college student in NYC. This year she's living in the financial district, close to ground zero. Her reflections will be interesting. Sept 11 is one of those days when you remember where you were and exactly what you were doing....

Amazing photo. I posted about it too this morning. Hard to believe it's been 7 years.

It's almost impossible to believe it's been seven years. I can still see Bryant Gumbel's face on TV that morning in the confusion of watching the first plane and I'll never forget the feeling of absolute terror I felt when I saw the second plane hit and realized what was happening.

7 years! I'm floored. Somehow I didn't realize. I can't imagine what the families and victims feel each year. God bless them.

Sorry for the late comment.

It will be at least a generation before the pain no longer is acute.

Hi, guys. Sorry I've been such a slacker blogger lately. Thanks for stopping by.

I found this photo last year; it says much more than I could ever write. K.

I know I'm looking at this photo way after the 11th. But, it's so touching... How did 7 years pass by so quickly?
